Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide is silicon carbide metal silicon as the main raw material according to different requirements of manufacturers to produce various shapes of the adobe, after drying, in the nitrating furnace with high purity nitrogen reaction sintered.
The product has a high temperature, high strength, volume stability and good thermal conductivity, acid,
alkali and a variety of molten metal erosion ability and so on.
The main properties have been tested and evaluated by independent testing outside China, and the results are good. So far the products have been approved by adecade of large ccompanies abroad, over 80% of its output have been supplied to more than 10 countries and regions, especially in Europe and America.
The material is widely used in colored aluminum tank, zinc vertical tank; metallurgical industry, blast furnace lining, ceramic kiln shelf panels, pillars, separated flame plate; waste incineration furnace lining and other industries.
